Catering
At Polé-Polé, we believe that food is the foundation of every social event. We also believe food is a way to bring people together. That is why we work hard to deliver a one-of-a-kind culinary experience to our customers and their guests. Every dish is made with fresh, local ingredients and features spices and seasonings native to East and Central Africa. We strive to make the uniqueness of our flavors reflect the uniqueness of the people in our community.
We provide full-service catering. Large party? Small party? No problem. We offer a variety of service styles to perfectly cater your event: plated meals, buffet style, family style, small bites, or food straight from the truck. Our menus change seasonally, so we always keep things fresh. Even though we typically serve East and Central African dishes, we make dishes from other parts of Africa as well. All of our menus are customizable to fit your dietary preferences.
We also provide drop-off catering. If you have a crowd but don’t need the mobile kitchen to follow, we are happy to help you create a buffet for your group. We handle the food, utensils, decorations, and the cleanup after your event so you can concentrate on enjoying your party.
You can request our food truck. We can pull up to any location in the state of Tennessee and serve your guests straight from the truck. Invite the public to your event or keep it private—whatever you prefer. We do ask that you have your guests pay for their own food. We are also able to coordinate with you on your public event to get a bit more attention through our social media mentions.
